In the video below, Cary Quashen performs a powerful, yet ‘light intervention’ with Kevin, a young man who has been struggling with addiction for years. The intervention takes place just days after an especially potent and deadly batch of heroin claimed two lives in the Santa Clarita Valley in a 24 hour period. According to a press release at the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, the batch also threatens the lives of seven others, some of which have been admitted to Henry Mayo hospital.
