At Action Family Counseling, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers specialized care for individuals facing substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders (dual diagnosis). Designed for both teens and adults, our program provides a flexible, supportive environment for those seeking a structured treatment plan while maintaining their daily routines. Whether clients are beginning their recovery journey or stepping down from higher levels of care, our IOP empowers them to achieve lasting sobriety and stability.

Who We Serve

Our IOP is tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients from all walks of life:

  • Teens (Ages 12-17): Focused on addressing the unique challenges adolescents face, including peer pressure, school-related stress, and mental health struggles.
  • Adults (Ages 18+): Providing comprehensive care for adults managing addiction and mental health challenges while balancing work, family, and personal commitments.
  • Inclusive Environment: We proudly offer an LGBTQ+ Friendly and Transgender Safe Space, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone.
